I'm always in and out when I come to this location. The employees are always smiling and quick to help out if you need anything. The hot food is always hot and fresh. When you go grocery shopping you have to stop by this place.

Unexpected Delay, But Outstanding Service from the Manager I stopped by the seafood counter and waited for about 4 to 6 minutes, expecting someone from the department to come out and assist me. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up—not even a quick acknowledgment or “I’ll be right with you.” It was a bit frustrating standing there with no communication or sign of help. Just as I was about to walk away, the store manager, Matthew, happened to come out. He immediately noticed I hadn’t been helped and asked if I was being taken care of. When I told him no, he didn’t hesitate—he jumped right in and personally helped me get the catfish steaks I came for. Not only did he handle the order quickly and efficiently, but he was also incredibly polite and professional. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked, and his attitude really turned the experience around for me. It’s rare to see a manager step in so seamlessly and with such a positive attitude. While I was disappointed that the seafood department employee never showed up, I truly appreciated Matthew’s willingness to step up and make sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Matthew—you went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. You rock! 👏🐟

I really love the fact everytime I travel home. I have to have Schnucks fresh fried fish on Fridays. If you buy the fish or seafood from there store they will fry it for you. I love it 😀 😍 ❤️ so fresh and hot. Me and my family enjoy not cooking on Fridays. We don't have that in our stores in Colorado. …
